Delivery reporting: exports and reports for your delivery day
Delivery day runs smoother when everyone has the right list: your drivers, your kitchen and your accountant. Here is every report and export that turns a day's orders into exactly that.
The delivery list, as a spreadsheet
On Locations & Delivery > Delivery Confirmation, pick the menu, the schedule and a location, then click Export to CSV. The file has every order shown: customer name, email and phone, the delivery address for delivery orders, the pickup location for pickup orders, and any delivery instructions or order notes. The file is named after the location, the schedule and the time, so a day with three routes gives you three tidy files. Copy emails puts every address on your clipboard instead, for a quick group message.
The Optimo Delivery Report
If you plan routes in OptimoRoute, open Orders by Menu on the Reports page, pick the menu, and click Optimo Delivery under Menu Report Exports. It is a CSV in the shape OptimoRoute imports, one row per delivery stop.
Let the site plan your routes
If you still plan delivery routes by hand, built-in Delivery Routing is the biggest time saver on this list. Pick the day and the number of drivers, and the site groups nearby stops, puts them in a sensible order, and splits them between your drivers, on a map. Move a stop to another driver in one click, and the result is saved for the day. If a customer changes their address later, the page warns you so you can re-run it.
Then print a sheet per driver, a Kitchen Pickups sheet and a Driver Tips sheet, or export the routes as text or CSV. No spreadsheets and no extra app. Enable it with the Delivery Route Optimization toggle on the Features page. See Delivery routing: the best route for every driver.
