How to turn on features for your site
Your Eat Fresh site comes with a whole toolbox of optional features: repeat orders, menu rotation, delivery routing, spam checks and plenty more. Most of them turn on with a single switch, on a single page. Before you wish for a feature, take a peek here. It may already be waiting for you.
Where it is
From the admin dashboard, open Manage Site > Features.
Switching a feature on or off
Each feature has a switch. Click it, confirm, and the feature is on (or off) for your whole site. Changing a switch needs the Manager role or higher.
A few features need a site publish before they take effect. When you flip one of those, the page lets you know. The publish runs on our side, usually within a few minutes; refresh afterwards to see the change on your site.
Active Features and Disabled Features
Below the switches are two lists. Active Features are on for your site; Disabled Features are off. These have no switch, because we turn them on for you: they need a little setup on our side, depend on your plan, or are still being rolled out carefully. To change one, message us from the help widget and name the feature.
Not seeing a feature at all?
If a feature is in none of the three lists, it is not part of your plan or not released yet. Ask us. We are always happy to talk about what is coming.
