How to enable or disable pickup & delivery locations

Your pickup spot is closed for a week? A delivery area is taking a break for the holidays? You can hide a location from customers in one click, and bring it back just as easily, without losing any of its settings or history.

Finding the location

Go to Locations & Delivery > Locations, then click Edit next to the location.

The two switches that matter

• Active: whether the location is in use at all. An inactive location disappears from your site and from the location lists in your admin. Keep it ticked for every location you still use, even one that is on a break.
• Show on order page: whether customers can choose it when they order. This is the one to switch off for a temporary closure.

Closing a location for a while

1. Untick Show on order page.
2. Click Update.

Customers can no longer pick it, and everything else stays exactly as it was. When you reopen, tick the box again and click Update.

Retiring a location for good? Untick Active too, so it drops out of your admin lists as well.
