Dashboard action items: what needs your attention
Your admin dashboard is more than a welcome page. It quietly keeps watch and puts anything that needs your attention right up front, before it turns into a phone call from a hungry customer.
Action items
Panels flag what needs fixing, each with a count and links:
- Missing Payment Info: customers on a plan with no payment method on file.
- Missing Order Info: orders missing a schedule or a location.
- Potential Duplicate Pending Orders: likely double orders, held for you to check. See pending orders.
- Billing Holds: customers on hold after a failed payment.
- Multiple Orders: customers with more than one active order for the same menu, split into the same schedule and a different schedule, for the live and the prior menu.
Click an item to open the customer or order. Other panels keep you oriented: Live Menu, Prior Week Menu, Upcoming Menus, Active Plans by renewal date, Pending Orders and Recent Emails. When a menu's schedules close at different times, Live Menu shows when each one closes and whether it is still open.
Recent orders
The Recent Orders panel shows the latest orders as they come in. Panels keep one height and scroll inside, so the dashboard stays tidy.
Orders week over week
The live and prior menu panels can show an indicator that compares this menu's orders with last week at the same point in time. Enable with the Dashboard Week Over Week Display toggle on the Features page.
