Integrations: Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar and more

Your site works with the tools you already use: your email list, your ad accounts, your analytics, your card processor. This is the map. Each integration has its own guide, linked below.

Find them all on Manage Site > Integrations.

Take payments: payment processors (PayFacs)

Your site takes card payments through Stripe, with other processors on request. Customers save a card once, plan renewals charge on their own, and the money goes straight to your bank. You connect Stripe from your Billing page in a few clicks; Manage PayFacs shows your setup and fees.

Guide: Payment processors: how your site takes payments.

Text your customers: SMS

Order reminders before the cutoff, "your order is on the way", and automatic replies when customers text HELP or MENU, all from your own number. Customers choose what they get and can stop any time. We set up your number and its carrier verification with you; Manage SMS Providers shows the number, price and verification status.

Guide: SMS text messaging: reminders, updates and replies by text.

Email marketing: Mailchimp

Every signup and customer flows into your Mailchimp audience, with tags that say who they are: subscriber, customer, where they signed up, how many orders. Automations add and remove tags when things happen on your site, which starts your Mailchimp journeys. We connect your Mailchimp account with you; Manage MailChimp shows the setup and your Tag Library, where you add your own tags.

Guide: Mailchimp: grow your list and email the right customers.

Measure and advertise: paste an ID

Your site already has Fathom Analytics built in, with no ID needed: visitors, top pages and referrers from day one. Guide: Fathom Analytics: your site traffic, built in. The tools below add more.

These connect with a single ID from the other service. Click Manage, paste the ID, tick Active, and click Update. Most need a site publish; the page tells you, the publish runs on our side, and you refresh afterwards. They load on your customer pages only, never on your admin pages.

More on how these settings work: How to edit admin settings.

Connect your own tools: API Access

Read-only API keys for tools that pull your menu and meal counts, such as a forecasting sheet. Guide: Read-only API: your orders and forecasts in other tools.

Who can use it

The Integrations page is open to your admin team. Mailchimp, SMS Providers, PayFacs and API Access are for the Owner and Manager.
