How to view discount usage

Is your welcome code pulling its weight? Did the holiday promotion bring people back? Discount usage shows who used each code, when, and on which order, so you can see what works and do more of it.

On one discount

Open the discount from Discounts & Credits > Discounts. At the bottom of its page, Discount Uses lists every use: the customer, the date, the amount saved, and a link to the order. Click Show More for a few more, or Show All for everything.

Across all discounts

On the Reports page, open All-Time Discount Use (Aggregate) and click Run Report. It lists every use of every discount in one table, with links to View Order, Manage the customer, and View Discount.
