How to get help with your site
Stuck on something? Help is one click away, right inside your admin.
The help bubble
Look for the help widget in the bottom right corner of your admin pages. If it is hiding, go to the main dashboard or refresh the page.
From there you can:
- Search the help articles, like this one, by topic or by what you are trying to do.
- Start a chat if the articles do not have your answer. Tell us what you were doing and what you expected; a screenshot helps too.
Our chat is not staffed around the clock, but it is watched closely, and we reply as quickly as we can. If something is urgent, say so in your message and we will jump on it.
What's new
Every new feature and improvement is written up on our updates page. It is worth a peek now and then; the feature you were about to ask for may already be there.
