How to change your order cutoff or delivery dates

Every menu carries its own schedule: when ordering opens, when it closes, and when the food goes out. You set all three yourself on the menu.

On one menu

  1. Go to Menus > Menus and open the menu.
  2. Under Menu Dates, each schedule shows a Start Date, an End Date and a Delivery Date. Click Set or Edit next to a date to change it. The End Date is your order cutoff.
  3. Click Update.

The alert at the top of the page tells you the menu's current state and what still needs to change before it can go live.

More than one cutoff a week

Click Add Schedule under Menu Dates. Each schedule has its own start, end and delivery date, and you can name it. Customers see the schedules as choices on the order page. Remove Schedule takes one away.

Make it the default for new menus

Once a menu's schedules are the way you want every week, click Save Current Schedules as Default. New menus start from that pattern. The Menu Defaults page holds the same settings.

Let the site make the menus

If your schedule repeats, set up Menu Rotation and the site creates each week's menu with the dates already moved forward. See How to create a new menu.

Pickup windows

A pickup location has its own Pickup Window text, shown on the order confirmation and in order emails. Change it on the location, not on the menu. See How to add a new pickup location.
